So serious today...11 months old this week!

I think Raya is missing her Daddy today. He is in Alabama doing an artist talk and visit at the university, but luckily he is coming home tonight! Raya is so serious. she also is about to cut two new teeth any day now ! She is finally over her cold: her very fist cold--she was such a trooper. I made her herbal tea to help and she really liked it:)

Backbone State Park

We went camping yesterday--the park was really cool. The bugs and heat were bad, and today it was thunder storming so we decided to come home a day early. Raya slept SO good in the tent. I was up wondering what was wrong with her she was sleeping so soundly.

We moved to Iowa! pictures from our first iowa adventure

Wild Cat Den State Park is about one hour East from our new house in Iowa City. We took a nice hike, and Raya seemed to love riding on Anthony's back! It was a beautiful walk, and made us excited to do more exploring in this new area.

The move ended up being really sad for us. We are sad to be so far away from our family--we miss them terribly. :( We love our new house though. Daisy loves her back yard....and Raya loves her wood floors! We are pretty much unpacked and feeling settled!
